through the crap. Song titles like “Triumph Again” and “Berserker” say it all: this is victorious death/black metal. A majestic follow-up to “Northern Lights” (2001).
Maryland’s AURORA BOREALIS are definitely the brightest hope of the current death/black metal scene. The Americans are grand-masters at writing majestic, epic songs, making them pretenders to Emperor’s throne. In other words: Aurora Borealis are a true elite band!
